  • Ensure fair and transparent processes
  • Address issues quickly and appropriately

All team members

  • Treat others with respect and professionalism
  • Challenge inappropriate behaviour and report concerns
  • Cooperate with investigations and learning actions

5) Recruitment & progression

We aim to recruit fairly and transparently. Decisions on recruitment, development, promotion and reward are based on role requirements, merit and performance.

  • Interviews are structured and consistent where feasible
  • We encourage diverse applicants

6) Workplace conduct
