This statement sets out the steps Enviro Coffee Co takes to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains, aligned with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (section 54).

Enviro Coffee Co is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships. We implement proportionate systems and controls to reduce the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.
We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We expect the same standards from suppliers, contractors and business partners.

Our approach is supported by clear policies and reporting routes. We expect suppliers and partners to comply with applicable laws and uphold fundamental human rights.

We apply a risk-based approach to due diligence, which may include:

- Corrective action plans where issues are identified
5) Risk assessment & management
Modern slavery risks can be higher in complex multi-tier supply chains, labour agency use, and where oversight is limited. We focus enhanced measures where risk indicators are present.
